LOCAL CUISINE

Treat yourself to our local cuisine.

Whether you are traveling for sighteeing purposes or for business purposes, trying the local cuisine is one of the greatest pleasures of traveling.
Our breakfast buffet provides guests with the best regional ingredients.

Pork cartilage boiled in soy sauce

Shochu is poured on the pork cartilage, and radish and konjac, burdock, and ginger are simmered together in a soft miso-on taste.

Chicken rice (Keihan)

Put the ingredients on top of the rice and pour plenty of hot soup. As noodles are also prepared, you can also eat as [chicken noodle] (Keiken).

Satsuma-age

It is a specialty of the Satsuma region. It is called tsuke-age in Kagoshima.

Pickled rice bran with pickled vegetables

It is a dish made by pouring sweet vinegar on the black radish which is fried from the ground. It is characterized by being able to eat every bone.

Pork Miso

It is a sweet dish that is boiled down carefully by adding miso, mirin, and sugar from Kyushu to the pork

Handmade Tofu

It is homemade eggplant tofu handmade by the head chef. Please enjoy it with condiments.

Satsuma-style Dago-jiru

Dago is a flat dumpling made from wheat flour, and it was finished in the Kagoshima style with pork ribs.It is a dish that has a good nutritional balance and good for stomach.

Saury’s black vinegar boiled

The season’s saury is soft to the bone. It is a crisp taste stewed in black vinegar.

We provide a variety of different breads, including rolls and croissants. Our mini croissants are especially popular with our guests.

Mozu vinegar

It is rich in minerals such as sodium and calcium and marine products.

Rape blossoms sesame seeds

The sweetness of sesame combined with the bitterness of rape blossoms make it the best dish as snack for breakfast.

Simmered hijiki

It is a sweet and nostalgic taste simmered. We eat it with seasoned rice.
