Not only for sightseeing purposes, but also for business trips, it is one of the great pleasures to eat local cuisine. Hotel Hokke Club welcomes customers with breakfast buffet making from regional ingredients.
Kushikatsu
Osaka B Class Gourmet No.1. It is made by roasting and frying beef, seafood, and vegetables cut into small pieces on skewers. Of course, it is forbidden to pickle the sauce twice!
Takoyaki
It is a Japanese-style fast food representative of Osaka that is loved by young and old people.
Doteyaki
It is a local cuisine that was born in Osaka, stewed over time with miso and mirin beef streaks.
Senba soup
Senba soup is a soup made from mackerel born in the town of merchant, Osaka Senba. It is said that adding daikon (Japanese radish) to make soup with Ara, it is a highly nutritious dish that warms the body.
Boiled pork and Mizuna
A hot pot dish using pork and bracken. “Crunchy” is the expression that came from the texture of mizuna.
Kansai-style Nikujaga
Nikujaga with a gentle taste and soup stock and sweetness. We use common beef in Kansai.
Akashi-Yaki style rolled up
Akashi-Yaki is a specialty dish of the Akashi region of Hyogo Prefecture, which is a dish made by melting flour in broth and adding eggs to the dough. After arranging the Akashi-Yaki, wrap it around, and add it to the soup stock.
Anago Chawanmushi
Osaka soy sauce is often used in cooking in the Kansai area and it is suitable for egg dishes. Our hotel’s original dish.
