About the guest rooms

Q: What kind of facilities do you have in the room?

A: Main facilities are as follows

★Simmons pocket coil mattresses ★Duvet bedding (feather quilt)

★Bright ceiling lights ★Writing desk(suitable for work and study)

★LCD TV(32 inch for single room · 43 inch for twin room and Japanese style room) ★Ionic hair dryer

★Washlet(bidet function) ★Individual air conditioner with negative ions

★Air purifier with humidification function ★Empty refrigerator ★spray deodorant(Seisuika) and etc.

The following amenities are available in the room.

Toothbrush set / razor / hairbrush / cotton swab / shampoo / rinse / body soap / face & hand soap / face towel / bath towel / nightwear / slipper


Q: Is there an internet connection available?

A: Free Internet connection is available in the room via wired LAN and Wi-Fi. (You can find LAN cable in the room.)


Q: Can I talk to someone who are not staying at the hotel in the room?

A: For security purposes, non-hotel guests are not allowed to enter the hotel room, please kindly meet in the lobby. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


Q: Do you have any rental items?

A: The following items are available for rental at the front desk.
There are a limited number of items, so some items may be on loan. Please note.

Iron, dishes, sewing set, nail clippers, DVD player, etc.


Q: Is there massage service available?

A: FIR massage: 9,000 yen for 60 minutes, 13,000 yen for 90 minutes, 17,000 yen for 120 minutes, and 1,500 yen for 10 minutes of extension. Business hours are from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., and the last appointment is at midnight. Please note that arrangements may not be possible depending on availability.


Q: Do you offer cleaning services?

A: If you drop off your clothes at the front desk by 10:00 a.m., we will finish the laundry by 5:00 p.m. on the same evening.
This service is not available on Sundays and holidays.

About the public bath

Q: Is there a public bath?

A: There is a open-air public bath for ladies and a open-air public bath for gentlemen on 12F. Enjoy the time of healing by relaxing yourself in Komeiseki Onsen®「Hana no yu」which is Artificial hot spring「semi-natural」.
Usage hours are 16:00-26:00, 6:00-9:00.
Please note that the number of washing place is decreasing (5 for men and 4 for women).


Q: Is there a vending machine?

A: Yes, there are vending machines selling soft drinks and alcoholic drinks on A5F, 7F, 9F.


Q: Is there a coin laundry?

A: Yes, there is a coin laundry in the hotel on A3F.
We installed two washing machine and dryer. Detergent is automatically injected.


Q: Is there an ice maker?

A: Yes, there is an ice maker in the vending machine corner on A9F. Plastic cups are also available by the ice maker.

About the breakfast

Q: What kind of breakfast do you provide?

A: We provide Japanese and western style breakfast buffet.
Please come with your breakfast ticket during the opening hours during 6:30-10:00 (Please come before 9:30).


Q: Can we have dinner in the hotel?

A: Our restaurant is only open for breakfast.
Our front staff could recommend you some places for dinner, please feel free to ask them anytime.


Q: Can we have lunch in the hotel?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide lunch and dinner. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Information around the hotel

Q: Where is the nearest station?

A: Our hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from JR Osaka Station / Umeda station. Our location is very convenient for sightseeing and for business.
We will guide you to the hotel on your smartphone from JR Osaka station Midosuji South Gate.

About 10 minutes walk after getting off at [Osaka Marubiru] from limousine bus bound for Osaka station.


Q: Is there a parking lot?

A: 16 slots are available in the multi-storey car park (first come first served basis)
Price: 1,650 yen (tax included) per night
Car limitations: height 1.55 m or less, width 1.8 m, length 4.9 m

※ Limited to 5 number sedan cars.
※ In case of full occupancy or height limit, we will guide you to the neighboring private parking lot (around 2000 yen ~ 2800 yen).


Q: Any Okonomiyaki restaurants you would like to recommend?

A: Our staff are happy to recommend some local restaurants for you, please feel free to proceed to the front desk and ask for the recommendations.


Q: Is there a convenience store nearby?A: We will guide you at the front desk, please do not hesitate to ask us.

A: Yes, you can have a best rate on our homepage. Hotel Hokke Club Group guarantees the lowest price on the homepage. Please kindly check the details on hotel homepage since there are various conditions.

About Hokke Club Group

Q: When did Hotel Hokke Club open?

A: The first hotel which is in front of Kyoto station opened in 1920. The concept of ‘one group one room’ is common nowadays. However, it was a creative idea for ideal hotel to provide a safe environment at that moment. As a business hotel pioneer, we receive compliments from businessmen, became popular for ladies, groups and families. Thanks to everyone’s support, we are going to have 100th anniversary in 2020.

Q: Are there hotels nationwide?

A: There are 11 Hotel Hokke Club locations across the country. From the north, Sapporo, Hakodate, Nagaoka, Fujisawa, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Oita, and Kagoshima.
There are five Almont hotels. We have locations in Tokyo, Sendai City, and Kyoto City. We have two stores in Naha City.
There are two Almont Inn locations. We are located in Tokyo’s Chuo Ward (Nihonbashi) and Fujisawa City.

Q: Is Almont Hotel under Hokke Club group?

A: Yes, Almont Hotel is under Hokke Club group. Almont Hotel Kyoto opened in December, 2012. In April 2020, Hotel Hokke Inn Tokyo Nihonbashi, Hotel Hokke Club Naha-Shintoshin rebranded as Almont Inn Nihonbashi, and Almont Hotel Naha-Omoromachi. Almont Hotel Nippori also opened in May 2021.
Aiming to be a hotel that the guests would like to come back again, we have been receiving good reviews.
