About access to the hotel

Q: Where is the nearest station?

A: Our hotel is located about 8 minutes walk from JR Oita Station Funai Chuoguchi (North Gate).
The prefectural office and city hall are also located within walking distance. The location is very convenient for business and sightseeing.

It takes approximately 70 minutes by limousine bus “Air Liner” from Oita Airport.
Non-stop → Get off at the bus stop “Oita Ekimae”. It takes about 8 minutes walk from there.
Normal → Get off at the bus stop “Niagemachi”. It takes about 3 minutes walk from there.


Q: Is there a parking lot?

A: Yes,There is a multi-story parking lot that can park 30 cars on a first-come, first-served basis.
※Front and rear parts, carriers, and vehicles carrying luggage are not allowed in the parking lot.
※Alphard, Velfire, SUV, wide foreign cars, etc. are not allowed.
※Overall width of 2.05m or less (including outer width of tires) can be accommodated.
Price per night: 900 yen
Car limitations: less than 2.05m in total width, less than 5.3m in total length
Car height 1.55m or less (24 slots), 2.05m or less. high roof vehicle (6 slots)
※ Reservations are not available.
※ In case of full occupancy or height limit, we will lead you to another affiliated parking lot or nearby coin parking lot.

About reservation / check-in / service

Q: When will I make the payment?

A: You could pay at the hotel during check-in.

Additionnal charges (phone, cleaning, etc.) that occur during the stay have to be paid upon check-out.


Q: Can I pay with a credit card?

Q: Can I use QR code payment?

Q: When is the check-in / check-out time?

A: Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.


Q: Can I extend the check-out time?

A: Extension is available until 15:00. Extension fee is 1,000 yen per person for the first hour. After that, the fee will vary depending on the number of guests and room type. Please contact the hotel for more information on rates.


Q: Can I send my luggage in advance to the hotel?

A: Yes, luggage storage in advance is available.

Please kindly fill in the reservation name of the person staying in the hotel.

Q: Can I get a receipt at the hotel for online payment with credit card?

A: Unfortunately, we can not issue receipts for online payment with credit card.

Please check directly on the site you reserved. There is a page that explained how to get a receipt.

However, please note that the hotel will issue a private receipt only when you make a reservation through the official website and pay in advance via PayPay.

If you really need a receipt, please make the payment directly at the hotel.


Q: Is there a Takkyubin service?

A: Service by Kuroneko Yamato is available.

Please make the advance payment / cash on delivery documents at the front desk.

Please note that shipping at check-out time is also crowded, so please come as soon as your scheduled is decided. We could accept it even the day before.


Q: Can I get a best rate for booking on official website?

A: Yes, you can have a best rate on our homepage. Hotel Hokke Club Group guarantees the lowest price on the homepage.


Q: I haven’t received the confirmation email after reservation and the hotel hasn’t replied my inquiry email.

Q: What kind of facilities do you have in the room?
A: The facilities are as follows.

Q: Can I talk to someone who are not staying at the hotel in the room?

A: For security purposes, non-hotel guests are not allowed to enter the hotel room, please kindly meet in the lobby. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


Q: Is there an internet connection available?

A: Free Internet connection is available in the room via wired LAN and Wi-Fi. (You can find LAN cable in the room.)

Q: Do you have any rental items?

A: The following items could be rent at the front desk.
Please note that they are limited in numbers.

Iron, humidifier, sewing set, nail clipper, thermometer, ice pillow, bottle opener, wine opener, etc.


Q: Is there massage service available?

A: Massage service is available.
It will be 4000 yen for 40 minutes. Male and female massagers are available so please specify when making the reservation.
Closed on Sundays and during National holidays.


Q: Do you have a cleaning service?

A: Cleaning service is available at the front desk.
If you could bring your items at the reception by 10:00 in the morning, we will hand it over by 17:00 in the evening.

About the public bath

Q: What kind of facilities are available in the hotel?

A: These are the facilities in the hotel.

Q: Is there a public bath?

A: There is a public bath for both men and women on 10F.
Enjoy the time of healing by relaxing yourself in Komeiseki Onsen®「Okutsurogi no yu」which is Artificial hot spring「semi-natural」.
Usage hours are 15:30-25:00, 6:00-9:00.


Q: Is there a vending machine?

A: Yes, there are vending machines selling soft drinks and alcoholic drinks on 3・5・9・10F.
There is also an ice machine on 5F.


Q: Is there a coin laundry?

A: Yes, there is a laundry corner with washing machines and dryers on 10F.
It is 200 yen per time for using the washing machine and 100 yen per time for the dryer. Detergent is automatically injected.

About the breakfast

Q: What kind of breakfast do you provide?

A: We provide Japanese and Western style breakfast buffet

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide dinner. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Q: Is there a convenience store nearby?

A: There is a 7-Eleven behind the hotel.
There are many convenience stores within walking distance, so please ask us at the front desk.


Q: Any restaurants you would like to recommend?

A: Our staff are happy to recommend some local restaurants for you, please feel free to proceed to the front desk and ask for the recommendations.


Q: How can I get information about sightseeing spots around the hotel?

A: We have some brochures and maps about sightseeing spots in front of the elevator, so please feel free to use it.

About Hokke Club Group

Q: When did Hotel Hokke Club open?
A: The first hotel which is in front of Kyoto station opened in 1920. The concept of ‘one group one room’ is common nowadays. However, it was a creative idea for ideal hotel to provide a safe environment at that moment. As a business hotel pioneer, we receive compliments from businessmen, became popular for ladies, groups and families. Thanks to everyone’s support, we are going to have 100th anniversary in 2020.

Q: Are there hotels nationwide?
A: There are 11 Hotel Hokke Club locations across the country. From the north, Sapporo, Hakodate, Nagaoka, Fujisawa, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Oita, and Kagoshima.
There are five Almont hotels. We have locations in Tokyo, Sendai City, and Kyoto City. We have two stores in Naha City.
There are two Almont Inn locations. We are located in Tokyo’s Chuo Ward (Nihonbashi) and Fujisawa City.

Q: Is Almont Hotel under Hokke Club group?
A: Yes, Almont Hotel is under Hokke Club group. Almont Hotel Kyoto opened in December, 2012. In April 2020, Hotel Hokke Inn Tokyo Nihonbashi, Hotel Hokke Club Naha-Shintoshin rebranded as Almont Inn Nihonbashi, and Almont Hotel Naha-Omoromachi. Almont Hotel Nippori also opened in May 2021.
Aiming to be a hotel that the guests would like to come back again, we have been receiving good reviews.
