About access to the hotel

Q: Where is the nearest station?
A: Please exit Sapporo station by using the South exit and proceed to the Clock Tower street. The Clock Tower street is on the right between “Times parking” and the left of “Tokyu department store” and “Himawari Sapporo station front tower shop”. Please cross the third traffic light and you will find our hotel at the third. It is about 5 minutes walk from Sapporo station.


Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: There is no parking lot in the hotel. We will lead you to the nearby toll parking lot. Please contact the reception staff upon arrival.

About reservation / check-in / service

Q: When will I make the payment?
A: You could pay at the hotel during check-in. Additionnal charges (phone, cleaning, etc.) that occur during the stay have to be paid upon check-out.


Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: The following credit cards are available. VISA / JCB / Diners Club / Master Card / American Express / UnionPay / Alipay


Q: When is the check-in / check-out time?
A: Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.


Q: Can I extend the check-out time?
A: We can accept late check-out until 15:00.
Extension fees will depend on the room type, so please contact us directly for the details.


Q: Can I send my luggage in advance to the hotel?
A: Yes, luggage storage in advance is available.

Q: Can I get a receipt at the hotel for online payment with credit card?
A: Unfortunately, we can not issue receipts for online payment with credit card. Please check directly on the site you reserved. There is a page that explained how to get a receipt. If you really need a receipt, please make the payment directly at the hotel.


Q: Is there a Takkyubin service?
A: Service by Kuroneko Yamato is available. Please make the advance payment / cash on delivery documents at the front desk. Please note that shipping at check-out time is also crowded, so please come as soon as your scheduled is decided. We could accept it even the day before.


Q: Is there a newspaper service?
A: Morning newspapers are available for reading on the 1F lobby (Hokkaido Shimbun, Nihon Keizai Shimbun). We can deliver the morning newspaper to your room if you can apply at the reception by the day before (Charges will apply / Hokkaido Shimbun / Nihon Keizai Shimbun only).


Q: Can I get a best rate for booking on official website?
A: Yes, you can have a best rate on our homepage. Hotel Hokke Club Group guarantees the lowest price on the homepage (except travel agencies website).


Q: I haven’t received the confirmation email after reservation and the hotel hasn’t replied my inquiry email.

About the guest rooms

Q: What kind of facilities do you have in the room?

Q: Can I talk to someone who are not staying at the hotel in the room?
A: For security purposes, non-hotel guests are not allowed to enter the hotel room, please kindly meet in the lobby. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


Q: Is there an internet connection available?
A: Free Internet connection is available in the room via wired LAN and Wi-Fi. (You can find LAN cable in the room.)

Q: Do you have any rental items?
A: The following items could be rent at the front desk.
Please note that there are limited in number.

Blanket, iron, sewing set, nail clipper, bottle opener, umbrellas (for sale also), desk lamp, icenon, thermometer, reading glasses.


Q: Is there massage service available?
A: There is massage available (4700 yen for 40 minutes). Please contact us for more details.
Reception time is until 1am.
Please note that we do not accept external massage other than our hotel contracted service.


Q: Do you have a cleaning service?
A: If you could bring your items at the reception by 9:30 in the morning, we will hand it over at 17:00 on the evening. (Closed on Sundays, National holidays and during long holidays).

About the public bath

Q: What kind of facilities are available in the hotel?
A: These are facilities in the hotel.
B2F / Restaurant “Lotus”, Men’s and Women’s Baths, Coin Laundromat

2-10F / Vending machine (alcohol is available only on odd floors)


Q: Is there a public bath?
A: There is a public bath for both men and women on B2F.
Enjoy the time of healing by relaxing yourself in Komeiseki Onsen®「Kane no yu」which is Artificial hot spring「semi-natural」.
Usage hours are 16:00-26:00, 6:00-9:00.


Q: Is there a vending machine?
A: There are vending machines on all floors from A2F to 10F. Alcohol is only available on some floors. There is also an ice machine on 2F.


Q: Is there a coin laundry?
A: Yes, there is a coin laundry in the hotel on B2F.
We installed two washing machine and dryer. Detergent is automatically injected.

About the breakfast

Q: What kind of breakfast do you provide?
A: We provide Japanese and western and Chinese style breakfast buffet.
Please come with your breakfast ticket during the opening hours during 6:30-10:00 (Please come before 9:30).

Q: Can we have dinner in the hotel?
A: Our restaurant is only open for breakfast.
Our front staff could recommend you some places for dinner, please feel free to ask them anytime.


Q: Can we have lunch in the hotel?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide lunch and dinner. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Information around the hotel

Q: Is there a convenience store nearby?
A: There are 2 convenience stores around the hotel (within 1-2 minutes walking distance).
We will guide you at the front desk, please do not hesitate to ask us.


Q: Any restaurants you would like to recommend?
A: Our staff are happy to recommend some local restaurants for you, please feel free to proceed to the front desk and ask for the recommendations.


Q: How can I get information about sightseeing spots around the hotel?
A: We have have a sightseeing corner next to the front desk on the fist floor. We provide brochures, free papers, magazines, etc., so please feel free to use it.
Also, the front staff will be happy to help you on your trip, so please do not hesitate to ask them.

About Hokke Club Group

Q: When did Hotel Hokke Club open?
A: The first hotel which is in front of Kyoto station opened in 1920. The concept of ‘one group one room’ is common nowadays. However, it was a creative idea for ideal hotel to provide a safe environment at that moment. As a business hotel pioneer, we receive compliments from businessmen, became popular for ladies, groups and families. Thanks to everyone’s support, we are going to have 100th anniversary in 2020.


Q: Who can stay in your hotel?
A: Everyone is welcome to stay in our hotels.
Started from a business hotel, Hokke Club is to make your journey more enjoyable. We appreciate if you can give us opinions for better service.


Q: Are there hotels nationwide?
A: There are 11 Hotel Hokke Club locations across the country. From the north, Sapporo, Hakodate, Nagaoka, Fujisawa, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Oita, and Kagoshima.
There are five Almont hotels. We have locations in Tokyo, Sendai City, and Kyoto City. We have two stores in Naha City.
There are two Almont Inn locations. We are located in Tokyo’s Chuo Ward (Nihonbashi) and Fujisawa City.

Q: Is Almont Hotel under Hokke Club group?
A: Yes, Almont Hotel is under Hokke Club group. Almont Hotel Kyoto opened in December, 2012. In April 2020, Hotel Hokke Inn Tokyo Nihonbashi, Hotel Hokke Club Naha-Shintoshin rebranded as Almont Inn Nihonbashi, and Almont Hotel Naha-Omoromachi. Almont Hotel Nippori also opened in May 2021.
Aiming to be a hotel that the guests would like to come back again, we have been receiving good reviews.
